More about Filo dough

The planned attempt at filo dough is now on the back burner until after we move : ( So is pide (or pita), and a couple of other things. Moving sucks.

Please let us know how the GF filo dough attempt goes! The only thing I haven't been able to recreate is this. I recently followed a suggestion from a message board that said to bake using vietnamese rice paper sheets. It was unsuccessful :(
